Is registration really free?
Yes. Creating a profile, receiving and accepting interests, sending a few interests a day and shortlisting are always free.
What does a contact view mean?
Unlocking a member’s verified family phone number uses one contact view. Seeing the same contact again later is free, and the member is notified.
What if a payment goes wrong?
If a payment failed but money was debited, or you were charged twice, it is reconciled automatically — or write to us and we will sort it out. Refunds follow our Terms of Service.
Do you renew automatically?
No. Plans simply end on their expiry date, and you decide whether to renew.
